Retail Shipping
Free standard shipping is included with all retail orders placed through our website.
Retail orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders do not qualify for free retail shipping. Wholesale shipping charges are calculated separately based on the order quantity, package weight and dimensions, and delivery destination. The shipping cost will be provided before the wholesale order is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery
Standard retail delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
