What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging. To request a return, email info@shopboldstepessentials.com with your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please do not send an item back without first contacting us.
